Permissions

These are the permissions related to analytics:

  • "Access Analytics": With this permission, users can access the analytics and view data for any pages and communities they manage, as long as they are also a page/community admin.
  • "Analytics Admins Access": Allows users full access to the Analytics. This includes viewing all platform data on users, content, pages, communities, etc.
  • "Access Studio": Allows users to access the Studio and, therefore, also access analytics for studio posts and newsletters.

To help you better visualize your analytics access, see Understanding the permissions and views for Haiilo Analytics.

Data collection and processing

You will sometimes see that data from previous days is being slightly adjusted. Below, we explain why.

When collecting data, some events cannot be transmitted while a user is actively using the application. For example, the time a user spends navigating through Haiilo is recorded until they leave the page. If a user closes the browser tab, data transmission stops and will not resume until they reopen Haiilo in their browser. At that point, any previously collected user activity data will be transmitted.

The time it takes to collect and process all data depends on the type of event and individual user behavior. Sample analysis has shown that approximately 85% of data is collected within the first hour after the event, and around 98% is collected within 24 hours following the event.
