The AI Assistant page provides data on how users use the AI Assistant on your web platform. Analyzing this data helps you understand whether users are adopting the Assistant, how often they use it, and how they rate its answers. Usage in the mobile app is not yet included in the AI Assistant analytics. The page shows only counts and ratings, not the content of conversations. 

You can narrow down the view by choosing a specific date range. User filters are not yet available on this page.

Summary data

You can view the following totals for the selected time period:

• Adoption: The share of activated user accounts that used the AI Assistant. Calculated as the number of unique users divided by the number of activated user accounts.
• Unique users: The number of distinct users who started at least one conversation with the AI Assistant.
• Conversations: The number of distinct AI Assistant sessions started.
• Messages: The number of messages from the AI Assistant. Each reply from the Assistant counts as one message.

Graphs

You can also view line graphs that show how the metrics change over the selected time period. 

Additionally, you can view a pie chart of rated messages, showing the number of messages users rated, split between positive (thumbs up), negative (thumbs down), and unrated.
