User Satisfaction Analytics

The User Satisfaction page presents data from your platform's user satisfaction survey. The page only shows if the user satisfaction tool is enabled on your platform. 

On the page, you can see your users' anonymous ratings for the question "Do you enjoy using your intranet?" on a scale of 1 to 5, along with any open feedback they've shared. Reviewing this data allows you to better understand how users perceive your intranet.

Ratings

The rating data is aggregated and shown quarterly, including the current and the past three quarters.

The ratings are shown in two formats: the average rating for the previous quarter and a detailed breakdown of ratings for each quarter. Hovering over the bars in the breakdown graph reveals how many users gave each specific rating, along with the total number of responses.

Feedback

All open feedback received in the current quarter is displayed in a list, including the full feedback text, the corresponding rating, and the date when the feedback was given.
