The Haiilo mobile app is the mobile version of your platform. The mobile app functions similarly to the browser version of Haiilo. Some settings and functionalities of the mobile app depend on the module(s) that you use.

The Haiilo mobile app has the following features:
- Device requirements and app permissions: Your mobile device needs to meet specific hardware requirements to use the Haiilo mobile app. Additionally, to fully utilize its features, our app requires users to grant specific permissions. Learn more in these articles:
- Get the app: Generally, the Haiilo app can be downloaded and installed from the App Stores. However, how you get the mobile app depends on your company's IT policies. Often, your company centrally manages work apps for employees. Learn more in these articles:
- Main features: The main features on the browser version are also available on the mobile app, including pages, communities, events, apps, widgets, and more. Learn more in these articles:
- App lock: You can enable an app lock for the mobile app to ensure it is secure and can't be accessed without a passcode. An app lock can also be enforced in white-label apps or by EMM/MDM. Learn more in these articles:

Deep linking: The mobile app supports deep links, meaning if a user clicks on a link on mobile leading to Haiilo, they will be taken to the app and the corresponding area. If your Haiilo platform uses a custom domain and the regular Haiilo app (not a white label app), deep linking isn't possible. These areas support deep links:

Permissions
Below are the permissions that relate to the mobile app.
Specific permissions, labeled as Mixed in the table below, apply to both the mobile app and the browser version. This means that if a user is granted permission to "Access Pages", they can access pages in both the app and the browser. Limiting these permissions to just the app or the browser is not possible.
