The Pages dashboard provides data for pages on the platform. A platform admin can view all pages, while individual page admins can only see the pages they manage.
Analyzing your pages helps you identify the most visited pages, revealing user preferences that allow you to optimize content and improve access to important resources. You can narrow down the view by choosing a specific date range or applying user filters.
Additionally, by selecting a page in the list, you can open a Page details view, which includes more in-depth data on the specific page and its content.
For more information about the definitions of metrics, refer to Metrics Definitions for New Analytics.
Summary data
This section is only visible to analytics admins.
Analytics admins can view the total number of pages on the platform, broken down into individual widgets for total, public, private, and their own pages.
Pages overview
You can view a list of pages sorted by the number of Visits, in descending order, for the selected time period. If you're a platform admin, you can see all available pages on the platform and can filter to view the pages you manage using the Only my pages button. If you're a page admin, you can only see your pages in the list.
You can sort the list by any metric or search for a particular page by selecting in the Name header. To dive deeper into a particular page and its content, you can select it to open the Page details view.
Page details
The Page details view provides data for a specific page. At the top, you can find information for the page, including its name, visibility type, creation date, and last update date. Additionally, you can view the current subscriber count, total visits, and total visitors, regardless of the time period, and access the page by selecting .
The Page details view features two sub-tabs: User activity and Content. These sub-tabs display information similar to what is found in the main User activity and Content tabs on the dashboard. However, the data in these sub-tabs is specific to the activity on the selected page and the engagement with the content created on the page.
