Bookmarking timeline posts, blogs, or wiki articles

You can save timeline posts, blog articles, and wiki articles for later reading by bookmarking them. This makes it easy to revisit content when it's most convenient for you. It also helps you build a personal knowledge hub of content you can quickly access. Bookmarking is possible on both the browser and mobile app versions of your platform.

Using the My Bookmarks widget in the employee space or on a homepage gives users quick and easy access to their bookmarks.

Bookmark a post

  1. Locate a post on the timeline, or find a blog or wiki article on a page/community.
  2. Select the add bookmark icon.png icon under the content.

The icon will be filled when the post is bookmarked, and you'll see a "Bookmarked saved" message.

Manage bookmarks

To view your bookmarked content, select Bookmarks from the user drop-down menu. All your bookmarked content is listed in the order it was saved, with the most recent at the top. To read and engage with the content, select Open.

If an author or admin deletes the content you've saved, or if it's no longer available to you, it won't appear in your bookmarks. Instead, you'll see a "This content is no longer available." message.

You can remove bookmarked content from the list by selecting .
