You can use SMS messaging in the Studio to deliver short, time-sensitive information directly to employees' mobile phones. This can help you reach frontline and deskless employees who may not regularly access Haiilo, email, or other digital communication channels.

SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, a third-party messaging provider connected to your Haiilo platform.

  • "Create and send SMS": Allows users to create SMS messages in the Studio and send them to any audience.

  • "Multichannel administration": Allows users to manage the communication channels settings in the Administration.
