You can control how blog article teasers are displayed in the Recent Content section of the Mobile Dashboard. You need the "Manage features" permission to configure these settings.
Configure the Recent Content section
- Go to Administration > Mobile > Mobile Dashboard.
- Select
next to Recent Content.
- Define if you want to display All blog articles from within the platform or only to display articles from Selected blog apps. If you choose the second option, select the relevant apps in the Blog apps section.
- Decide the Subscription status:
- All: Shows articles regardless of the user's subscription status.
- Only show subscribed blogs: Shows articles only from blog apps the user is subscribed to.
- Only show auto-subscribed blogs: Shows articles only from blog apps the user is automatically subscribed to.
- Decide if you want to Filter by hashtag(s). If so, select one or more hashtags to show only articles that contain at least one of the selected hashtags.
- Under Display as, choose between:
- Slider: Displays articles in a horizontal scroll.

List: Displays articles in a vertical list. If you choose this option, you also define:
- Initial number of articles: Defines how many articles are shown when the Dashboard first loads. Users can expand the list up to the maximum value by selecting View (X) more. The initial value cannot exceed the maximum value.
- Max number of articles: Defines the maximum number of articles that can be loaded.
- Check whether you want the articles to:
- Show teaser image: The article teaser image is displayed.
- Show teaser text: Up to three lines of teaser text are displayed.
- Show reactions and comments: Reaction and comment counts are displayed for each article.
- Select Done to save your layout and settings.
- Select Save changes to save your changes to Dashboard settings.
After saving, the selected layout and settings are applied to the Recent Content section of your mobile Dashboard.
