The Welcome widget shows a brief greeting along with the user's name and avatar. You can customize the message that appears. It serves as a welcoming banner for users, inviting them to join your platform. We suggest placing the widget on the homepage that new users first see when they join the platform so they can receive a warm welcome.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

• Welcome text: Define the message to display above the user's name. The message can be at max 40 characters.
• Show cover image: Check if you want to display the user's cover image in the widget. If the user doesn't have a cover image or you choose not to display the cover image, a white background is shown instead.
