You can access the launchpad in the mobile app to view all your assigned links. To use the launchpad, it has to be activated for your platform, and you need "Access the launchpad" permission.
The launchpad is only visible in the mobile app if at least one launchpad link has been created in the browser version.
Use the launchpad
Where you can find the launchpad depends on your platform configuration:
- At the top of the Dashboard, if activated. Learn more in Managing sections for the mobile Dashboard.
- You'll see your favorite links in the launchpad preview. If you have no favorites, you'll see links from the first category instead. Links in subsequent categories aren't shown.
- Select More links to open the full launchpad, which contains all your assigned links sorted by category. In the full launchpad, you can also favorite and unfavorite links using the icon.
- In the navigation bar, if selected as a navigation item; otherwise, it is in the Menu. Learn more in Managing the mobile app's navigation menu items.
At the moment, you cannot create launchpad links in the mobile app.
Open a launchpad link
When you tap a launchpad link in the mobile app, how it opens depends on where it comes from. Links that are supported by the platform will open within the app. The following sources are directly supported by the app and will open within the app:
- Blog articles
- Wiki articles
- Timeline posts (including Multichannel posts)
- Multichannel posts
- Files / Folders
- Blog apps
- Wiki apps
- Content apps
- Pages
- Communities
- User profiles

External or non-natively supported internal links open in a browser window within the app or open the app on the mobile device to which they lead.
