Analyzing responses

After you launch a Surveys campaign and users submit their responses, you can analyze the results and provide feedback to users. Remember that at least five user responses are required for results and graphs to appear.

Global results

On the Surveys home page, you can see a global score for the average of all answers given to quantitative question categories.

You can see a graph that displays the progression of the global score, which allows you to track your improvement over time. The global score can be filtered by set timeframes, such as All time, 3 months, 6 months, etc. Additionally, you can view the average of the assigned values per defined category of questions below the graph.

After the global score, you can see the questions with the highest average scores (strengths) and lowest (weaknesses). Analyze these areas to identify which specific aspects need improvement and which ones are performing well.

Per campaign, you can view answered questions with interactive graphs, target groups, and participation rates. You can adjust the displayed result to your needs by setting filters and attributes.

For each repeated question, you can use the interactive graph to view earlier results of the same question.

You can also set individual filters and compare them with each other. To do this, you have to pre-select a filter in the filters on the left and then select the target icon. You will then see a comparison of the campaign questions based on the target group created by the filter. This target group is compared with the entire organization and can be adjusted by further filters if necessary.

You can also compare the results of your campaign based on the filters and individual questions. To do this, select the Explore results button under the filters in the results of the desired campaign. In this view, you also have the option to export the results of a question.
