Analyzing responses

After you launch a survey campaign and users submit their responses, you can analyze the results and provide feedback to users.

Results are only shown if at least five people have answered a question.

View results

Results can be viewed on a global level, campaign level, and question category level:

Global results

On the Dashboard, you can see a global score for the average of all responses given on quantitative question categories.

A graph displays the progression of the global score, which allows you to track your improvement over time. The global score can be filtered by the timeframes 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or All time. Additionally, you can view the score per question category.

After the global score, you can see the questions with the highest (Strengths) and lowest (Areas for improvement) average scores. Analyze these areas to identify which specific aspects need improvement and which ones are performing well.

Campaign results

To view results for a specific campaign, go to Campaigns and select Results under the campaign you want to analyze. You can adjust the results by filtering.

For each campaign, you can see the target group and participation rate at the top and all campaign questions in a list represented by graphs. If a question has appeared in previous campaigns, you can interact with the graph to view earlier responses to the same question to analyze trends.

Qualitative responses can be analyzed with the Emotions analyzer and Trend observer.

  • The Emotions analyzer categorizes responses based on whether they are perceived as Positive, Negative, or Neutral and allows you to view responses based on these categories.
  • The Trend observer presents a word cloud of the most used words in responses, allowing you to see popular keywords to help identify trends.

Filter results

You can adjust the overall campaign and question results by specific attributes. This allows you to analyze the results based on your users' attributes to look for anomalies or trends.

If you want to compare filters with each other, you can hover over a filter in the filters list and then select the target icon. This will show a comparison of the campaign questions between the full target group and the filtered target group. You can add additional filters to the comparison by selecting +.

Use the AI Companion

If the AI Companion is activated on your platform, you can use it to thoroughly analyze your quantitative results. You can, for example, ask the AI Companion how to improve employee satisfaction, and based on the survey results, it could present areas for improvement and steps for you to take.

The AI Companion provides a set of sample questions that can help you get started, but you can also type in your own questions if you prefer.

The AI Companion can only answer questions related to the actual quantitative results of the campaign. It cannot analyze qualitative results. Furthermore, for security reasons, the AI companion is trained to only reply to the information provided in the campaign's results. It cannot provide information about respondents.

Just like a human, AI sometimes makes mistakes. This means that when using the AI Companion, there is a risk that the generated response might be misinterpreting the data. We recommend reviewing the response and survey results to ensure accuracy.
