To find out when our users are most active during the day, use Haiilo Analytics' User Activity map. The map shows shades of blue to indicate user activity intensity, with darker shades indicating higher activity. Active means that the Haiilo tab or the app has been opened. A browser tab opened in the background doesn't count toward the analysis.
Interpret user activity
The user activity map displays a 24-hour period for each day of the week, showing the activity analysis for the past week. The map shown above shows that most users are active on their platform on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after the lunch break. You can also deduce the following:
- Most colleagues start work between 8:00 and 9:00 am and usually check Haiilo once during that time.
- The lunch break is from about 11:00 to 12:00 am at this company, as activity drops at this time.
- The main working period is 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
- Many colleagues seem to work a shorter day on Fridays.
The map doesn't show on which device your users accessed Haiilo.
Use user activity
To increase the visibility of your posts, it is important to analyze the activity rates on your platform and determine the exact time when the greatest number of users is present. By publishing important news at that time, you can boost the likelihood of your post being seen by more people.
