How does the AI Assistant generate and prioritize answers?

The AI Assistant searches the content that you have access to on the platform and identifies the content most relevant to your question. It uses semantic search to find matching content and then ranks the results to determine which information is most likely to answer your request.

The highest-ranking content is provided to the AI model, which generates a response based on the information retrieved from the platform. When generating a response, the AI Assistant also considers additional context, including:

  • The history of the current AI Assistant conversation
  • Your user profile information, including your name, job title, department, location, language, platform memberships, and subscriptions
  • The current date and time

This additional context helps the AI Assistant determine which information is most relevant to you.
