Generating a HAR export

If you experience errors with Haiilo, submit a ticket with a detailed description of the issue. This will help us assist you more effectively. For our technicians, it's very helpful to see which processes are running in the background when you encounter an error in Haiilo. These processes can be seen in a HAR export from the Network tab under Developer Tools in your browser.

Below, we'll provide step-by-step instructions on creating a HAR export for the most popular browsers. All you need to do is find your browser in the list and follow the guidelines provided.

  3. Select the "Network" tab.
  4. Reload the page manually with CTRL+R to start the console. If you now replicate the problem, various list entries appear in the left-hand menu of the console, with at least one entry shown in red.
  5. Export the content of the browser Developer Tools as a HAR file. This option is shown with an arrow button.
