Generating a HAR export

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter errors while using Haiilo. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us by submitting a ticket with a detailed description of the issue you are facing. This will enable us to provide you with the best possible assistance.

Our technicians also often require information on the processes that are running in the background when the error occurs in Haiilo. You can share these details with us in a HAR export from the Network tab under Developer Tools in your browser.

Below, we'll provide step-by-step instructions on creating a HAR export for the most popular browsers. All you need to do is find your browser in the list and follow the guidelines provided.

A HAR file contains data such as the content of your cookies and the pages you downloaded during the recording. Anyone who has access to the HAR file can view the data submitted while recording, which may include personal or other sensitive information. It is essential to secure your HAR files appropriately. We recommend using a HAR sanitizer to remove any sensitive information before sending the file to us.
