To allow your users to receive certain notifications (push, e-mail and browser), you need to activate the respective options in "Administration" > "System settings" > "Notifications".

Then you need to assign the appropriate rights for the desired users per role.

If these options are activated and the permissions are assigned, each user decides for himself whether and which notifications he wants to receive.

Please note that you cannot set the notification types globally for all users.
