Admins determine the notification options available to users under Administration > System Settings > Notifications. While admins can activate these options, it is the users' responsibility to enable push notifications in their own Notification settings.

The options to activate are:

• Browser notifications
• Email notifications
• Push notifications
  • Additionally, admins can choose whether push notifications show a short preview of content.

If the admins deactivate a notification option, users won't be able to enable those notifications in their settings.

To enable push notifications for the Studio, you also need to activate them in the Multichannel settings. Learn more in Setting up channels for the Studio.
