If you receive a message with the information "The server cannot be reached" or "An error occurred", this is usually due to the following reason:

Some adblockers (tools to suppress advertising on websites) trigger errors when they block the reloading of new posts or notifications. In this case, the adblockers assess these posts incorrectly as unwanted advertising. 

We recommend checking your adblocker and either deactivating it for a short time or add an exception for Haiilo. You can control this via your adblocker or browser's settings. Then please check the behavior again.
