You can add an official tone to your communication by posting articles, comments, or posts in the name of a page or community. This means you can create multichannel posts on behalf of a page or post on a timeline as a community.

Who can publish on behalf of a page or community?
To publish content in the name of a page or community, you need to be the admin of the corresponding page or community, and have one of the "Act in the name of a page, community or event" permissions:
- Local: You are allowed to act within the page or community in its name. This means you can publish blog articles and post on that page or community's timeline in its name.
- Global: You are allowed to publish content in the name of the element anywhere on the platform.
Publish a timeline post as a page or community
- Select your avatar at the top to open a drop-down menu of available pages and communities. Here, you can see a list of all pages and communities that you're an admin of.
- Select a page or community to post as.
- Finish creating your post and publish it.
Publish a blog article as a page or community
You can change the author of your blog article in the Publish tab. The post will be published under the name of the page or community where the blog app is located.
- In the Author field, select Publish in the name of this page or community.
- Finish creating your article and publish it.
Publish a multichannel post as a page
You can change the author of your post in the Studio editor. In the Studio, you can publish as yourself or as a page, not as a community.
To publish as a page, you need the permission "Act in the name of a page, community, or event (global)".
- Select the Publish as field.
- Select a page to post as.
- Finish creating your post and publish it.
