Let us know why you no longer want to use Haiilo, as only through your feedback can we improve our product and our service over the long term.
If you still decide to cancel your Haiilo subscription, an informal cancellation by e-mail or post will be sufficient. You can find the current e-mail address on your last invoices.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you are a cloud customer, Haiilo can provide you with the data you have generated on the platform as an export at the end of the term if you wish. This is done as a .json file and is made available as a download.
As an on-premise customer, you can manage your data yourself.
If you do not want to export your data, Haiilo will completely delete your cloud instance with all data after 30 days.
Can I completely delete the data in a Haiilo?
We'll be happy to take care of the deleting for you to save you from having to manually delete the data in moderator mode.
