Campaign Analytics new

The Campaigns page provides insights into the performance of your campaigns by aggregating metrics across all included content. Currently, only Studio content can be tagged with campaigns. You can narrow down the view by choosing a specific date range, configuring the table, or applying user filters

Additionally, by selecting a campaign in the list, you can open a Campaign details view, which includes more in-depth data on the specific campaign and its content items.

For more information about the definitions of metrics, refer to Metrics Definitions for Haiilo Analytics.

Campaigns overview

You can view a list of campaigns in your platform. You can filter the table by status to specify which campaigns are included and configure whether date and user filters are applied to the metrics.

Select Configure table to define whether your current filters (date and user) are applied to the table or if all-time data is displayed.

  • Show all time data: The metrics include all-time data, meaning totals for the entire period the campaign has been active. This means that, regardless of the filters you've selected, the Views, Content items, etc., will display the campaign totals and are not affected by the filters.
  • Show filtered data: The metrics are influenced by your selected filters. For example, if you choose the date filter Last 28 days and a Department filter, the table will only display metrics for those filters, meaning data from the last 28 days and by users in the chosen department.

You can sort the list by any metric or filter by campaign status. Additionally, you can search for a particular homepage by selecting    in the Campaign name header.

To dive deeper into a particular campaign and its content, you can select it to open the Campaign details view.

Campaign details

The Campaign details view provides data for a specific campaign. At the top, you can find information for the campaign, including its name, status, start date, and end date. Also, you can see its total data, regardless of time period, e.g., the total number of content items, views, and overall sentiment.

The details view allows you to track reach, reactions, comments, sentiment, and more for the content included in the selected campaign. This allows you to track your campaign's overall performance; is it reaching your employees, are they reacting to it, etc.

Content performance table

The Campaign details view includes the Content performance table, which provides detailed analytics for each of your posts and newsletters belonging to the campaign. Learn more about using this table in Studio Content Analytics.
