The Open positions widget automatically displays all job openings from your organization's connected Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Adding the widget to your HR page or to a dedicated wiki article on internal transfers makes it easy for employees to discover internal transfer opportunities. The widget is available on both the browser and the mobile app.
For all open positions, you can see the job title along with meta information (location, department), while the full details are just one click away using the View button.
To use this widget, you need to connect Haiilo with your ATS. Learn more in Connecting an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Set up the widget
After setting up the ATS connection, you can add the widget to your platform as any other widget. Additionally, the following options are available when configuring the widget:
- Select integration: Select the connected ATS you want to show tickets from. You can only choose one connection per widget.
- Limit of shown positions: Choose how many positions you want to view at first glance. This effectively determines the widget's height. Users can select Show more to view more positions.
- Select Location: Optionally, choose a location to filter the list of open positions to include only those open in that location.
- Select Department: Optionally, choose a department to filter the list of open positions to include only those open in that department.
