"Analytics Admins Access" view

Users with the "Analytics Admins Access" permission get the full platform-wide intranet analytics, covering all usage across the entire intranet, such as user activity, content, homepages, and search for the whole platform, as well as data for every page and community.

If your platform includes the Studio, users with the "Analytics Admins Access" permission can also view all Studio content analytics for multichannel posts and newsletters.

The platform view looks like this:

"Access Analytics" view

Users with the "Access Analytics" permission have a restricted view of analytics for only their own pages and communities, including the activities and content on those pages and communities. This view is commonly called Page and community admin analytics.

We suggest assigning this permission to your platform's page and community admins who need to monitor their page and community performance.

The platform view looks like this:

"Access Studio" view

Users with the "Access Studio" permission have a restricted view of analytics for only content from the Studio, meaning multichannel posts and newsletters. Any user with access to the Studio also gets access to analytics for the Studio's content.

Combined with the "Access Analytics" permission, the user can also view analytics for their managed pages and communities.

The platform views look like this:
