Your Employee Space allows quick access to your tools and resources directly within your user profile under the My Space tab. It's your personal dashboard, featuring widgets, integrations, and key resources selected by your admins.

To truly make it your own, you can personalize it by customizing your background and hiding or favoriting widgets, so the space works best for YOU 😊

Personalize your space

1. Go to your user profile > My Space.
2. Scroll down on the page and select Personalize your space.
3. First, you can customize the space's background using a HEX color code. The options are:
   • None: No change, so the platform's default background color stays as it is.
   • Gradient: A smooth transition of the selected color creates a gradient effect.
   • Single color: Your selected color fills the entire background.
   • Pattern: The selected color is featured behind a light wave design.

4. On the widgets, you can select:

   Hide	You can hide specific widgets, depending on the settings configured by your admin. A hidden widget will not appear in your space after you save your changes. If a widget can't be hidden, it's because the admins have set it to always be visible.
   Show	You can display specific widgets, whether they were previously hidden or set to be hidden by default by the admins. A widget that is shown will appear in your space after you save your changes.
   Pin	You can pin your favorite widgets in each column to bring them to the top of their respective columns. If you pin several widgets in the same column, they'll appear in the order you pinned them, with the most recently pinned widget showing at the top.

5. When you're done personalizing your space, select Save changes in the edit banner at the bottom of your screen.
