The org chart helps you understand your organization's structure. You can navigate the chart to view how teams are arranged, who reports to whom, and how departments are connected. The chart is visible only if it has been activated for your platform.
Using the org chart
You can access the org chart directly from any user profile.
- Go to the profile of any user.
- Select the Org chart tab located in the profile menu.
Understanding the layout
Once opened, the chart shows a focused view of the user you're looking at. It's divided into three layers to show immediate connections.
- Manager (Top): Located directly above the active user, this shows their immediate supervisor.
- Peers (Sides): To the left and right, you will see colleagues who report to the same manager. These are the user's direct teammates.
- Direct Reports (Bottom): If the active user is a manager, their direct reports will appear in the layer below them.
Navigating & interacting
The org chart is interactive and lets you explore the company's structure easily.
- Change Focus: Click on any colleague's user card to make them the central focus. The chart will immediately redraw to show that person's manager, peers, and reports.
