Activating the org chart

You can allow your users to view an org chart within user profiles to see a colleague's location in the reporting structure and understand the hierarchy within your organization directly on the intranet. You need "Manage features" permission to activate the org chart.

The org chart is available on the browser version, but is not currently supported on the mobile app.

Prerequisites

For the org chart to work, please ensure you have completed the following:

Changes to manager-report relationships can only be made within your user directory, not within Haiilo.

Activate the org chart

  1. Go to Administration > Features > Miscellaneous > Org chart.
  2. Toggle Enable on user profiles.
