Checklist for setting up holiday card Kudos
Here's how to create a successful, festive campaign:
- Plan Ahead: Start planning your festive Kudos cards early to ensure they're ready for the limited-time campaign. We suggest keeping the Kudos type active throughout December.
- Prepare Your Designs and Titles: Collaborate with your team to develop at least five different holiday-inspired titles for your Kudos. Then, ask your marketing team to help create images to accompany each Kudos. Alternatively, you can use our example titles and assets!
- Create Custom Kudos: In the Administration, create custom Kudos types specifically for this campaign. Keep them deactivated until you're ready to publish. When you want to make them live, deactivate the other Kudos types you're currently using, or activate custom Kudos if you're using Haiilo's default Kudos. Learn more in Activating kudos.
- The Reminder: Post on the timeline in late November/early December, telling everyone about the campaign and that sending a Kudos is the perfect way to give their colleagues a personalized, digital gift and a positive memory to enjoy over the holiday break.
