Internal Tickets widget

The Internal Tickets widget allows you to quickly view all your submitted tickets on a connected ticketing platform, giving you an instant overview of your internal tickets. You can easily see key details like current ticket status and access any ticket with just one click.

To use this widget, you need to connect Haiilo with your ticketing system. Learn more in Connecting a ticketing platform.

Set up the widget

After connecting a ticketing tool to Haiilo, the widget can be added to your platform as any widget. The following options are available when configuring the widget:

  • Select ticketing tool: Select the ticketing tool you want to show tickets from. You can only choose one tool per widget.
  • Limit of shown tickets: Choose how many tickets you want to view at first glance. This effectively determines the widget's height. Users can select Show more to view more tickets.
  • Exclude tickets with status done: Check if you want to hide tickets that have been completed or closed.
