By connecting Haiilo to your company's ticketing platforms, you can view internal tickets right in your Haiilo Digital Home. This makes it simple to find requests and stay on top of everything.

Here's what's included in the Ticketing integration:
- Set up the integration: For the connection to be established, an admin needs to set it up between your Haiilo platform and the ticketing platforms you use. This is done through the Ticketing tab in Administration. Learn more in this article:

Permissions
There are no permissions specifically related to the Ticketing integration. Once a Ticketing system is connected to Haiilo, users will be able to see their ticket information in the Internal Tickets widget automatically without needing any extra permission.
