With the Latest M365 Emails widget, you can quickly see your Microsoft Outlook inbox and recently sent emails by sender/recipient and title, along with a brief message preview. Hovering over the title or message gives you a longer description. At a glance, you can view a set number of emails, and select Show more to see more in the widget.

You cannot reply to or start new emails within Haiilo, but you can select an email to open it directly in Outlook. Additionally, the Latest M365 Emails widget is not available on the mobile app.

Prerequisites

The widget only displays if:

• The Microsoft integration is activated, and users are logged in with Microsoft authentication.
• You have added the permissions below to your Haiilo app configuration within Microsoft Entra ID. Learn more in Activating the Microsoft add-on features.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

• Limit of shown emails per tab: Choose how many emails you want to view at first glance. This effectively determines the widget's height. Users can select Show more to view more emails.
