The M365 Meetings widget offers you a clear overview of your daily meeting schedule as per your Microsoft Outlook inbox. You can easily join MS Teams meetings linked to your calendar events and conveniently open meeting details in Outlook, allowing you to find additional information or make adjustments as needed. Additionally, you can jump forward or backward in time to see future and past meetings.

The M365 Meetings widget is not available on the mobile app.

Prerequisites

The widget only displays if:

• The Microsoft integration is activated, and users are logged in with Microsoft authentication.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

• Custom height: Optionally, define a height in pixels to determine the widget height. Otherwise, by default, the widget will display all meetings from the viewing user's calendar for the day. The form width depends on your selected widget column width.
