Using AVA for generating images for events

You can save time in event creation by easily generating personalized profile and cover images for your event from its name and description. Currently, image generation is only available for Haiilo AI, not for other AI providers.

To generate event images with AVA, you need to enable the feature for your platform. Additionally, you need "Create event" or "Edit event" permission, and need to be the admin or host of the event to generate images.

When you enable the feature for your platform, you can choose a default style for your images: Sketch, Comic, or Photo. This default style will be used when generating images during event creation. If you generate images from an existing event, you can select a different style.

Use AVA to generate event images

You can generate images in two ways:

  1. During the event creation process: You can check the Use AI to generate event images box under Advanced settings to automatically and instantly generate images when the event is created.
    • It may take a bit of time for AVA to generate images and create your event. Please don't close or refresh your browser window during the process.
  2. In the created event: Alternatively, you can generate or re-generate images in the created event by selecting Re-generate images. Optionally, by opening the drop-down, you can choose a different style for your image before re-generating.

It's important to note that images generated by AI may not always be accurate. We recommend examining the images and considering regenerating them if the outcome doesn't meet your expectations.

Limitations

  • Source: Images are generated based on the event name and description.
  • Branding: Currently, AVA cannot match your theme colors when creating images; instead, it selects colors based on its own logic.
