The M365 Tasks widget allows you to view tasks from Microsoft Planner directly in Haiilo. This allows users to view, change the status, or delete their tasks across their plans without leaving the platform, ensuring that their work is always up-to-date. The M365 Tasks widget is not available on the mobile app.

Prerequisites

The widget only displays if:

• The Microsoft integration is activated, and users are logged in with Microsoft authentication.
• You have added the permissions below to your Haiilo app configuration within Microsoft Entra ID. Learn more in Activating the Microsoft add-on features.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

• Limit of shown tasks per column: Enter a number to specify how many tasks you want displayed per column in the widget when it loads. This effectively sets the widget's height. You can scroll within the widget to view additional tasks.
• Displayed board columns: Choose which columns to display in the widget: Not Started, In Progress, and/or Completed.
