The MS Forms widget makes it easy to integrate forms created in Microsoft Forms. This means your users can seamlessly respond to forms directly within Haiilo, and their responses will automatically flow into your Microsoft stack for quick and effective analysis.

The MS Forms widget is not available on the mobile app.

Prerequisites

The widget only displays if:

• The Microsoft integration is activated, and users are logged in with Microsoft authentication.
• 3rd party cookies are allowed in the user's browser.

Additionally, you can add the Forms. Read permission to your Haiilo app configuration within Microsoft Entra ID so users can view and select their recently viewed forms when setting up the widget. Learn more in Activating the Microsoft add-on features.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

• Select form: Select the form you want to display. You can select from your recently viewed forms or paste the link leading to your form.
• Custom height: Optionally, define a height in pixels for your form to determine its size. By default, the form is displayed in a 1:2 aspect ratio. The form width depends on your selected widget column width.
