HRIS integration overview

With Haiilo's HRIS integration add-on, you can manage user provisioning from a supported HR system and simplify everyday tasks, such as viewing remaining vacation days or requesting time off directly on your intranet.

Features

Here's what's included in the HRIS integration:

  • Set up the integration: For the connection to be established, an admin needs to set it up between your Haiilo platform and the HRIS system you use. This is done through the HRIS Integration tab in Administration. Learn more in these articles:
  • Syncing users: Users and groups can be automatically synchronized in a one-way sync from a supported HR system. Learn more in this article:
  • Time off widget: You can inform users about their remaining vacation days and simplify the process of requesting time off by integrating a personalized widget that displays this information for each user - on desktop and mobile. Learn more in this article:

Permissions

There are no permissions specifically related to the HRIS integration. Once an HR system is connected to Haiilo, users will be able to see their personal information in the Time Off widget automatically without needing any extra permission.
