You can follow users to view their updates on your newsfeed timeline. This includes seeing updates for when a user posts on any timeline or when another user posts on that user's timeline. Following users helps you stay informed about their activities and keeps you updated on what your colleagues are doing. You need the "Follow user" permission to follow users.

Curious about who you follow or who follows you? You can filter the colleagues list by users you follow, those who don't follow you, or users who follow you to find out. Learn more in Colleagues list.

Follow a user

You can follow a user in multiple places, including in the colleagues list, a user's profile, and pop-ups. Simply select the Follow button under a user in any of these locations to follow them. 

Once you follow a user, the button changes to say Following, indicating that you are now following that user.

Unfollow a user

You can unfollow a user by selecting the Following button.
