Form app
Simplify information collection and feedback with customizable forms.
When it's about creating simple request forms and processes, the form app is your first choice. The app comes with a variety of different fields to choose from and to combine to allow users to natively enrich the respective form with the information needed.
Additionally, the form app can be customized to serve numerous use cases. You can set limits on the number of submissions, decide whether users can view all submissions or only their own requests, and specify who should be notified when a form is submitted.

List app
Organize information in flexible native lists.
The list app shares a significant amount of functionality with the form app, as it provides users with a variety of options for selecting and combining different fields. However, unlike the typically concealed nature of request forms, the entries within the list app are generally open and accessible to anyone who has permission to view the relevant page or community where the app is installed.
Similar to the form app, the list app allows advanced configuration, including the granular definition if users are allowed to create entries and view, edit, or delete all, just their own, or no entries at all.

Tasks app
Manage your team's upcoming tasks into organized to-dos.
The tasks app adds an essential collaborative feature to the platform, particularly within communities. With this app, users can create and assign tasks, set due dates, and organize tasks into topic-specific lists for improved clarity. Admins of a page or community can customize the app to suit their needs, including determining whether users are permitted to create their own tasks and task lists.
As project-based collaboration is no longer one of the primary use cases of the Haiilo platform, this app is deprecated. It is still available and can be used, but it will be removed from the platform at a future point in time.
