You can use the Haiilo mobile app if your mobile device meets the following minimum requirements. The requirements are the same for both the standard Haiilo app and any White Label Haiilo app. The hardware requirements differ for Android and iOS devices.
The minimum version requirement for the operating system may change in the future to enable us to utilize the latest system capabilities, aiming to provide a more seamless and secure user experience. Any changes to the supported versions will be communicated in advance.
Android requirements
- Access to the official Google Play Store
- Android version 10.0 or newer
- Log in with SAML or OpenId authentication requires the Google Chrome browser to be installed.
- For managed devices, Microsoft Edge can also be used. Learn more in Managing the mobile app via EMM/MDM.
iOS requirements
- iOS version 16.0 or newer
- Log in with SAML or OpenId authentication requires the Safari browser to be installed.
