You can allow your users to send kudos to show appreciation and acknowledge their fellow colleagues and employees for their hard work and support. You need "Manage features" permission to activate kudos posts.

Available kudos themes

There are three available kudos options or themes. When kudos are enabled, every theme is always available; you cannot turn off individual kudos themes. However, kudos theme names are customizable by modifying the interface translations.

	Appreciate Example use case: You want to appreciate someone for their work, support, or a particular quality.
	Celebrate Example use case: You want to celebrate someone's achievement, milestone, or success.
	Recognize Example use case:  You want to recognize someone's qualities, ideas, or impact.

Each kudos theme displays a background and icon. The themes' backgrounds use a lighter version of your platform theme's primary color, while the icons utilize your platform theme's link color. The backgrounds and icons of the themes are predefined and cannot be changed.

Activate kudos posts

1. Go to Administration > Features > Miscellaneous > Kudos posts
2. Check Enable kudos
3. Select Save changes
