You can view list entries if you are a page or community admin or if the app's settings allow users to view entries. List entries always display the list fields and their respective answers. In the detail view, you can also see who created and edited the entry and when it was created and edited.

View list entries

1. Select the list app in the app navigation
2. You can perform different actions on the results:
   • Search: Search for any text found in a list entry field. This includes text, numbers, links, etc.
   • Configure fields: A page or community admin with the "Manage apps of a page/community" permission can configure the fields in the list.
   • Export current list: Download all list entries, including only the details included in the list overview. The export does not include any hidden fields.
   • Export entire list: Download all list entries with all details. Any hidden fields are included in the export.
   • Open detail view: Select the    icon or the Open detail view option from the drop-down menu to view the full entry in a pop-up. The detail view shows all list fields, including any fields marked as hidden from the overview. You can also see an entry's history, i.e., when and by whom it was created and last edited.
   • Subscribe: If you subscribe to an individual list entry, you'll be informed if it's edited. The list entry creator is subscribed to their entry by default.
   • Edit: Depending on the app's permission configurations, you can edit an entry and its filled-in information.
   • Delete: Depending on the app's permission configurations, you can delete an entry.
