You can view form submissions if you're a page or community admin or if the app's settings allow users to view the results. Form submissions always show the form fields and their respective answers, as well as the user who submitted the form and the submission date.

View form submissions

1. Select the form app in the app navigation
2. Select View results
3. You can perform different actions on the results:
   • Search: Search for any text, including text, numbers, links, etc., in a form submission field.
   • Configure fields: A page or community admin with the "Manage apps of a page/community" permission can configure the form's fields.
   • Export current list: Download all form submissions, including only the details in the list overview. The export does not include any hidden fields.
   • Export entire list: Download all form submissions with all details. The export includes any hidden fields.
   • Open detail view: View the complete submission in a pop-up. The detail view shows all form fields, including any fields marked as hidden from the overview.
   • Delete: A page or community admin with the "Manage apps of a page/community" permission can delete a form submission.
4. To exit the results view, select View form

By default, form submissions are sorted by creation date, with the oldest first. If a user changes the sorting order by clicking a column, the form will remember their last selected preference.
