Submitting answers in a form

You can submit answers in a form using either the browser version of your platform or the mobile app.

Form submissions always show the user who submitted the form, regardless of whether a name or email field is present in the form. This means that form submissions are never anonymous.

Submit a form answer

  1. Select the form app in the app navigation.
  2. Fill in the form fields.
  3. Select Submit to send your form.

Your submission is sent to the admins. Depending on the app's settings, you can also see your and others' form submissions and receive a confirmation email that your submission has been recorded.

Optionally, you can submit another submission by selecting Fill out another to be returned to the form view.
