You can delete your own forum threads if their content needs to be permanently removed. Deleted threads can't be found on the platform, and they cannot be recovered. Page or community admins can delete other users' threads.
In general, we recommend closing threads instead of deleting them to ensure that their information is retained on the platform for future reference. Learn more in Closing forum threads.
Delete a thread
- Optionally, select a thread to open it to review the content
- Select > Delete
- Select Delete
Once a thread is deleted, it immediately becomes inaccessible.
