The Latest M365 files widget displays the most recently accessed Microsoft 365 files for a user. Users can easily open these files directly from the widget, which launches the corresponding tool (e.g., Word, Excel, or PDF preview) in a new browser tab.

The files are arranged in order of the latest accessed date, indicating when a user last opened the file. Alongside the file's title and tool icon, users can view the SharePoint site on which the file is located. The widget facilitates a seamless transition and collaboration between the intranet platform and Microsoft tools.

The widget only displays if the Microsoft integration is activated and users are logged in with Microsoft authentication.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

• Limit: Select the maximum number of files to show in the widget. Users can view more files by selecting Show more.
