You can rearrange your apps within app groups to create the desired app order on your page or community and visually separate them from each other. Although app groups cannot be ordered, you have the flexibility to move the apps within and between them to establish your structure.
To create app groups and move apps, you need to be an admin of the page or community and have the "Manage apps of a page/community" permission.
Add an app group
- Go to your page or community.
- Under your existing app groups, select Add group. Your new app group with the placeholder name Navigation is added at the bottom of your existing app groups.
- Hover over the app group heading and select > Settings to configure it.
- In the app group configuration, you can configure the names of all your app groups and apps simultaneously.
- If you're using multi-language, you can define different app groups and app names for each language.
- Enter a new name for your app group's heading.
- Select Save.
When you've created a new app group, you can add new apps or move existing ones to it. You can also change the names of app groups flexibly to change their order.
Move an app
- Go to your page or community.
- Hover over the app you'd like to move.
- Press and hold on
- Drag the app to its new position. You can also move it to another app group.
- Release to place the app.
Apps can only be moved within the page or community where they exist. You cannot move apps to other pages or communities.
