You can add, edit, and remove launchpad links for a category if you are an admin of it. You can assign admins for a category when you're creating them. If a category is empty, it won't show in the launchpad for assigned users until there's at least one link in it. 

Also, if you have "Manage personal links in the launchpad" permission, you can add your own personal launchpad links.

Add a launchpad link

1. Open the launchpad by selecting > Open
2. Select Add link in a category you manage or in My links.
   • If you cannot see an Add link option, you don't have permission to manage a category or add personal links.
3. Enter the URL to where you're directed when clicking the link. 
   • Links generally open in a new window. If a link is created to a document within the platform, the document opens directly.
4. Review the link's title and define a new one, if necessary. The default title is automatically retrieved from the URL.
5. Review the link's icon and upload a new one, if necessary. The default icon is automatically retrieved from the URL.
6. Select Save to create the link

The links in a launchpad category are visible to all users assigned to that category. Personal launchpad links are only visible to you. There is no limit to the number of links you can have in the launchpad.

Links are sorted in the order they're created unless you mark a link as a favorite, in which case it will show first in its category.

Edit or remove a launchpad link

1. Select next to an existing launchpad link
2. Select Edit link or Remove link:
   • Edit: Edit the link's URL, title, and icon. You cannot move a link to another category after it's been created. 
   • Remove: Delete the link. A deleted link cannot be restored.
