The Callout widget - which could also be called a Note widget - is a useful tool for highlighting important information to your users. It draws attention to the text inside it, making content easy to understand and visually appealing. This widget effectively organizes content and can increase user engagement by highlighting key points that prompt users to take intended actions.

Set up the widget

The following options are available when configuring the widget:

• Text: Enter the text for the widget. We encourage keeping the text concise to ensure that the message resonates with users. The maximum character limit is 255.
• Style: Choose the style option that best meets your text's purpose. There are six preset styles to choose from, each with a different color and icon. See the screenshot below for the different styles.
  • The Primary style uses the Main button background color as defined in your platform theme. The other styles' colors are hardcoded.
• Hide icon in callout box: Select to hide the icon and display only the text in the widget.
