Understanding the "Network Name"

In the AdministrationSystem settings, you'll find a field labeled Network Name where you can define the name for your platform. This is your opportunity to brand your platform, and you can choose any name, whether it's your company name or something fun and unique for your intranet, like "Haiilo Connect."

Your selected name will appear in various places within the platform and in system-generated emails. These include:

  • Name in the browser tab: The name appears in the browser tab that a user has open for your platform.
  • Email sender: The name displays as the sender of all system emails sent from your platform.
    • Note: Emails sent from the Studio will always display the name of the user, page, or community selected in the Send / Publish as field as the sender.
  • Email header: The name displays in the header of all system emails sent from your platform.
  • Email footer: The name displays in the footer of system emails after "Sent via" with a link to your platform. The "Powered by" link always directs to Haiilo.
  • Error page footer: The name appears in your platform error page's footer after "This page is part of".
