Haiilo itself doesn't support two-factor authentication. However, if your users are synced with a user directory and logging in through an authentication provider, you can set up 2FA in your identity provider. You need to ensure that the service uses a certificate from a trustworthy certification body and TLS 1.2.
Please contact your company's IT department about questions regarding 2FA in your identity provider.
If you have local users logging in to Haiilo with a username and password, they cannot be served with 2FA unless they are connected to a user directory and log in through an authentication provider.
