• Basics of digital signage: Each post displayed on a digital signage screen includes a teaser title, teaser text, one teaser image, and optionally, a QR code leading to the full post. The background gradient behind the post is automatically generated from the teaser image.
• Create digital signage screens: In the Studio, you can create digital signage screens to be used on your company's monitors. When setting up a screen, you can add posts, customize slide durations, and decide the transition effect. Then, you can copy a PIN to the screen to display on a monitor. Learn more in these articles:

• Add posts to digital signage screens: You can add multichannel posts to digital signage screens in the Studio when creating or editing the screen, or when creating or editing posts. • Accessing posts from a digital signage screen: If you've enabled QR codes to be displayed on your digital signage screen, your users can scan the code to open the full post on your intranet. • Analytics: At present, there are no analytics available for digital signage.
• Optimal performance: Digital Signage follows the same browser requirements as the rest of the Haiilo platform. Additionally, browsers used for Digital Signage must support session storage to maintain session data during active signage displays. Permissions

These are the permissions related to digital signage:

• Studio:
  • "Access Studio": Allows users to access and view the Studio and its Dashboard and Calendar tabs.
• Multichannel Posts:
  • "Manage digital signage screens": Allows users to create, edit, and delete digital signage screens. Once a screen has been created, multichannel posts can also be added to it during content creation.
  • "Add content to digital signage screens": Allows users to add posts to digital signage screens, both when creating the screen and when creating multichannel posts. Without this permission, users cannot add posts to a digital signage screen.
